Meet The management team

Ron Frechette, CPC

Ron is a cybersecurity and healthcare staffing entrepreneur who began his career in the cybersecurity industry in 2010 with Coalfire Systems, Inc. He was initially hired as a consultant to assist with the business development efforts in standing up a HIPAA/HITECH compliance practice. After 6 months, Ron was asked to lead the companies SE Regional expansion efforts. Under his leadership, he set up offices in Winter Park, FL and Alpharetta, GA while recruiting, leading and managing a team of Regional Sales Managers throughout seven states in the SE and Caribbean.


In serving as the SE Regional Business Director for four years, Ron and his team developed an impressive client portfolio that included such companies as  ADP, Burger King Corp, Carnival Cruise Lines, FIS, NCR, TSYS and Verifone.  Ron has experience in all aspects of IT Security & Compliance Frameworks including: FedRAMP, FISMA, GLBA, HIPAA/HITECH, HITRUST, ISO27001, NIST 800-53, NIST Cyber Security Framework, NERC-CIP, PCI-DSS and SSAE 18. 


Coalfire was acquired by the Carlyle Group in 2015 which afforded Ron the opportunity to return to his roots in staffing which has been his passion for over 20 years. Ron co-founded InfoSec Hires with Pete Strouse in 2017.

 
Ron is a Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC) and brings over 25 years of experience in building startup companies from concept to cash flow. He and his teams have led and managed several large scale expansion projects across various industries. Ron is also a US Coast Guard Veteran.

Pete Strouse, MBA, PHR

Pete Strouse

 Pete is a seasoned information security recruiting professional with experience in recruiting top-tier talent in the most competitive markets in the US. He started his career in recruiting at Kforce supporting large clients such as Ally Financial and AT&T, where he was called upon to fill highly in-demand IT positions in key markets such as Dallas, TX, Detroit, MI, and Atlanta, GA. 


From Kforce, Pete moved on to A-LIGN, where he built both the recruiting department and the HR department of a rapidly growing boutique information security and IT audit firm. During his tenure at A-LIGN, Pete was responsible for growing the company from a small to medium-sized business and recruiting information security and IT audit professionals nationwide with skills in SOC 1 reporting, SOC 2 reporting, HIPAA and HITRUST assessments, ISO 27001 assessments, FISMA and FedRAMP assessments, PCI DSS assessments (ROCs and SAQs), and penetration testing. 


Pete earned his Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Missouri State University and is a Professional in Human Resources (PHR). Pete is responsible for running the day-to-day operations of InfoSec Hires and ensuring our clients are happy, profitable, and well-staffed!
